Every piece has a delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks from the day its ordered, unless otherwise specified

Please contact us by email if you need a particular order before the average delivery time, we will try our best to get it to you in time. Express shipping charges may apply

We charge a flat shipping fee of $30 for every order. We do not charge shipping if your order exceeds $1000.

We offer standard sizes from XS to XL. Please refer to the measurement guide for our standard sizing. If you have any specific questions, email us and we can help you with sizing. You can add specific sizing instructions in the space provided below when you order. We will try our best to follow your instructions.

We do not alter but leave enough room for minor alterations. Make sure you study the measurement chart carefully before ordering and leave enough time for alterations, if any.

Since every piece is customized especially for you, we have a strict no return / exchange policy.

We do not generally customize our collections but email us if you have specific requests. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

We take custom orders for bridals, bridesmaids and groomsmen.
